Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager in the New York, NY area to join the NY Metro Transit Rail Project and Design Management group. The role focuses on leading complex design projects for transit rail clients and coordinating multi-discipline teams.

The successful candidate will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate design and construction phase services, and support client communications while mentoring staff and promoting AECOM values. Relocation sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering with 4 years of PM experience.
• Experience managing schedule, budget, and technical quality of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead transit rail design projects in NY Metro area.
• Coordinate multi-discipline design teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate construction phase services for design-build and design-bid-build.
• Respond to RFQs/RFPs and assist in marketing Transit Rail pursuits.
• Manage and mentor staff; promote AECOM values.
• Communicate with clients and team members; build stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project design schedules and cost estimates.
