Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior project manager to lead major transit construction programs in a paperless environment. You will own scope, budgets, estimating, and schedules, coordinating with design teams and subcontractors to deliver complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring experience in transit construction, scheduling and regulatory compliance, plus a valid driver's license and relevant professional credentials. NJ/NY PE or CCM is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction of major transit projects, including design-build projects.
• Project management scheduling and estimating, technical and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, and industry safety standards (OSHA).
• Maintain Roadway Worker Protection, OSHA, and other necessary training during the Project.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License throughout the life of the Project.

• Manage project documentation and maintain a paperless environment for records.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
