You will set project priorities, marshal resources, guide multidisciplinary teams, and foster client relationships while advancing Jacobs’ inclusive culture and strategic growth in transportation infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of rail transit industry including track, signaling, and design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple rail projects in a complex environment.
• Strong leadership in a dynamic matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex rail transit projects from design through commissioning.
• Establish project priorities, forecast resources, and manage delivery.
• Provide technical and quality oversight across disciplines.
• Build strong internal and external client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and advance business development efforts.
