Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior professional to lead major transit project construction, manage scope, budgets and schedules, and keep documentation in a paperless system. The role emphasizes coordination, safety compliance, and maintaining required licenses.

The ideal candidate will have a related degree and experience with design-build transit projects, OSHA standards, and state/federal regulations. Onsite work is anticipated with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction/engineering/architectural or related field.
• Experience in managing construction of major transit projects including design-build.
• Project management scheduling and estimating, technical and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and industry safety standards (OSHA).
• Maintain Roadway Worker Protection, OSHA, and other necessary training.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Run point on work scope, budgets, estimating and schedules.
• Manage construction of major transit projects within a paperless environment with electronic documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and licensing requirements.
