Job summary

RailWorks is seeking a Project Scheduler to oversee scheduling for MTA C&D transit contracts. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, prepare daily/weekly schedules, and ensure alignment with project managers and field teams.

The role requires Primavera P6 proficiency and a background in construction scheduling. Based in New York, the position involves outdoor and indoor construction settings, with potential after-hours work to match project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on Transit Contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit project schedules and related documents.
• Coordinate schedules with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Update 6-week look ahead schedules and track progress.
• Manage and train support staff as required.
