Job summary

RINA North America is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join the North America Infrastructure & Mobility team in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on reviewing contractor schedules, creating and updating CPM-based schedules in Primavera P6, and delivering program reporting for rail projects.

The ideal candidate has a 5+ year background in scheduling, CPM analysis, and document control, with strong communication and time management skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or equivalent fields of study.
• 5+ years of scheduling and time impact analysis experience.
• Infrastructure experience required; rail or transit preferred.
• CPM scheduling expertise with CPM schedule reviews and document control.

Responsibilities

• Review designer and contractor schedules for conformance to contract and client requirements.
• Coordinate schedule updates with project staff and performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for projects and master programs.
• Create program-level reporting templates and deliver timely data updates.
• Perform independent time-impact analyses and what-if schedule/budget scenarios.
• Support change management personnel in resolving changes and claims.
