Job summary

J-Track is seeking a Scheduler/Project Controls professional to provide CPM scheduling oversight for complex track and civil projects in New York. You will work with cost estimating and business development teams, develop baselines, track progress, and assess schedule impacts from Change Orders and Claims.

Qualifications include 5+ years in scheduling, advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with CPM scheduling, baselines, and progress tracking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project CPM schedules and WBS.
• Support estimating and BD teams with initial schedules and phasing.
• Prepare monthly updates and analyze progress against baseline.
• Quantify schedule impact of change orders and delays.
• Develop Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) for schedule changes.
• Provide guidance for resolution of complex project control problems.
