Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business, architecture/engineering, accounting, finance, public administration/policy, city or urban planning, transportation, or a related field.
• Six years of professional experience, with three years in managerial, supervisory, or administrative roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent written and verbal communication; project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track projects and goals; maintain information systems and KPIs.
• Monitor budget vs. actual expenses for capital projects and manage job numbers.
• Coordinate administrative functions across Facilities, Capital Programs, and C&D.
• Oversee contract development, requisitions, change orders, and invoicing.
• Meet with stakeholders to streamline processes for capital projects across Facilities.
