City of Johnson City seeks a Management Analyst in Transit to support operations, planning, budgeting, procurement, technology, and reporting. You will work with FTA/TDOT requirements and transit data, applying independent judgment and coordinating complex projects.

ESSENTIAL functions include grant applications, DBE reporting, CIP budgeting, and data-driven route planning. A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business is required along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Experience preparing grant applications (FTA/TDOT) or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Transit Planning with FTA/TDOT grant applications.
• Support annual budgeting and CIP planning for transit.
• Analyze transit data to support route planning and efficiency.
• Coordinate procurement for mass transit software and equipment.
• Prepare reports, maps, and visualizations for planning presentations.
