Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, analytics, engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in analysis and elicitation of systems requirements.
• Experience in agile and agile-hybrid methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience developing and deploying business applications, dashboards, and reporting with Power BI.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Examine client IT systems, processes, and business models.
• Gather requirements and document functional and technical details.
• Create system requirement specs and functional requirement specs.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for operations.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure solution alignment.
• Provide user manuals and operational documentation.
