Qualifications

• Ability to operate a transit vehicle safely in varied conditions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and passengers.
• Ability to read maps, schedules and route information.
• Must pass medical evaluation and DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate transit buses on fixed routes and paratransit services.
• Assist passengers boarding and disembarking; ensure ADA compliance.
• Maintain safe operation and report equipment defects.
• Complete timecards and incident reports; attend training sessions.
