Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to ensure safe, reliable transportation for passengers. The role requires strict adherence to routes, schedules, and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The position is full-time and subject to a collective bargaining agreement. Starting pay is $25.05/hour with progression to $30.47/hour over four years, with benefits including vacation, sick leave, medical/dental/vision insurance, life

Qualifications

21 years or older.
Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsibilities

Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by following routes and schedules with safety protocols.
Passenger Care: Provide excellent service, assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and timely disembarkation.
Vehicle Vigilance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
Adherence to Protocols: Enforce seating, safety, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Other duties as required.
