Qualifications

• Must have a CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and maintain DOT compliance.
• Proficiency with PC software and ability to pass a technical test (Transit Works, Trapeze, Transit Master, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise operator performance and enforce rules and safety requirements.
• Document operator performance and communicate with Directors and Managers.
• Assist operators with passenger relations and handle customer complaints.
• Develop routing adjustments for detours and events and support service reliability.
• Coordinate bus services along designated routes and provide information to customers.
