Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a relevant field required or substitutable experience.
• 5 years in transit/transport or related field with leadership experience.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake; DOT fitness and drug testing.
• Strong communication, safety, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operator performance and enforce rules and safety standards.
• Monitor routes and on-time performance; adjust as needed for detours.
• Coordinate bus services along designated routes and service areas.
• Respond to customer inquiries; investigate incidents and report findings.
• Collaborate with dispatch, managers, and external agencies as needed.
