Palm Tran is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee dispatching, field operations, and customer service for transit operators in a dynamic, on-site environment. The role involves directing bus operators, coordinating routes, and ensuring safety and compliance under established policies.

Qualified candidates will have a valid Florida CDL Class B with a P endorsement, five years as a bus operator or related logistics experience, and three years of supervisory background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with five years of bus operator or related logistics/transport experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatching of bus operators and vehicles to routes; coordinate field operations.
• Instruct staff in customer service and emergency procedures; enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor operator availability, assign operators to vehicles, and provide on-site supervision in the field.
