Job summary

Palm Tran is seeking a professional in administration and compliance to coordinate and maintain agency-wide SOPs, regulatory plans, and audit tracking. The role requires coordinating updates, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring documentation is current and complete.

You will work with multiple departments and report to the Director, Office of Performance Management & Compliance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience, with familiarity in FTA/FDOT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive experience in compliance, grant administration, regulatory planning, or related field.
• Experience with FTA and/or FDOT requirements and transit agency plans such as TAM, PTASP, or TDP.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits, corrective actions, and audit finding tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the agency’s master SOP inventory and review schedule.
• Coordinate updates of major agency regulatory/operational plans.
• Monitor audit findings and corrective actions and track status.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and Board materials.
• Serve as a departmental point of contact for SOP status and compliance activities.
