  • Experience supervising professional and support staff in transit programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Enforces transit policies and ensures regulatory compliance.
  • Supervises staff, assigns work, hires and trains.
  • Oversees vehicle and personnel scheduling and back-up operations.
  • Coordinates with customer service and planning to communicate disruptions.
