Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of transit system regulations and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of all operators and coordinates the activities of supervisors and dispatch personnel.
• Oversees scheduling of operators and monitors operations to ensure on-time service.
• Works with maintenance to meet service requirements.
• Develops department budget and tracks performance metrics.
