Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• Certifications per local contract as required.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance indicators meet or exceed client and corporate expectations.
• Ensure division goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
• Ensure subordinate staff are well trained and successful.
• Ensure company policies are in place and followed.
• Promote company vision, values and culture across operations.
• Keep liquidated damages to a minimum; correct failures.
• Develop and maintain positive employee and labor relations.
• Directly oversee operations department managers.
• Train and mentor a future successor for backfill.
• Manage the Operations Department annual budget.
• Assume responsibility of the General Manager during absence.
