Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Construction & Development is seeking a Project Analyst Level II (Owner Support) at 2 Broadway, New York, NY. The role provides analytical support, defines project scope, tracks life-cycle, and advises on contingencies that may affect other projects.

The responsibilities include developing analytical reports, budgeting, data gathering, and coordinating with project management systems and departmental operations. Telework is available one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, preparing, and updating analytical reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Support data-gathering, reviewing, and updating information and documentation in project management systems and various systems supporting departmental operations.
• Assist in detailed budget monitoring and administration tasks for capital projects or departmental operations.
• Provide analytical support for developing research, studies, analyses, and presentations related to capital projects, technical issues, or departmental operations.
• May handle confidential and sensitive information related to capital projects, departmental personnel, and operations.
• Ensure effective communication and function as a liaison with employees at all levels within the department and with other C&D units, as needed.
• As needed, provide analytical support for various departmental and project management processes and reports.
