Job summary

New York City Transit is seeking an Associate Transit Management Analyst to support the Subways Facilities projects, plan and track initiatives, and provide detailed reports to senior leadership. The role requires data management, meeting preparation, and coordination with project managers.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with compensation ranging from $89,162 to $115,445 for TA – Non Rep. A master’s or bachelor’s with relevant experience, along with strong analytical, communication, and MS 365

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1 year relevant experience or bachelor’s with 3 years.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial & program analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, development, implementation, and oversight of Facilities projects.
• Report progress to Project Manager and senior staff.
• Maintain databases, analyze data, prepare meetings and memos.
• Supervise junior analysts and coordinate cross-team communication.
• Handle customer complaints and prepare executive responses.
