New York City Transit is seeking an Associate Transit Management Analyst to support the Subways Facilities projects, plan and track initiatives, and provide detailed reports to senior leadership. The role requires data management, meeting preparation, and coordination with project managers.

JOB INFORMATION:
This position supports Department of Subways, Facilities Division. The incumbent assists in the planning, development, implementation, execution, and oversight of the Facilities Department projects, and reporting progress to the Project Manager, Director, Asst. Vice President, and/or Sr. Vice President of the Facilities Department. The position will also track goals of the construction operation and provide detailed reports to upper management. The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative activities including, but not limited to, maintaining databases, extracting/processing/analyzing data, the set up and preparation of meetings and correspondences, preparing and tracking bulletins, disseminating information, questions, and directives; supervising junior analyst staff; facilitating and coordinating communication and interaction among the senior staff; pursuing follow-ups of pending items with senior staff, and briefing the management accordingly. Additional duties include answering customer complaints, compiling responses for executive correspondence, drafting memos, updating and analyzing data using various applications from the Microsoft 365 suite, perform field visits, and other ad hoc duties as required.

Final salary is determined experience, skillset, and alignment with compensation practices. The posted range reflects expected compensation and may be updated as market or business needs evolve.
