• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible engineering or transit project experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license with reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned engineering programs, projects, or technical workstreams, including planning, design review, implementation support, and transition into operations or maintenance as applicable.
• Establishes work priorities, technical expectations, project approaches, and coordination structures for assigned engineering initiatives.
• Tracks progress, risks, dependencies, and engineering support needs across multiple concurrent assignments.
• Oversees or performs engineering review of plans, specifications, reports, studies, calculations, models, submittals, and related work products.
• Supports governance, documentation, and turnover activities to ensure compliant and well-documented engineering outcomes.
