Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating complex maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of high power electrical equipment maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to respond to rail system emergencies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance staff in inspection, servicing, and repair of traction power systems.
• Oversee acceptance testing and pre-service testing of new systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE, FTA, NCDOT, and CATS standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and training records; coordinate with internal and external partners.
