Job summary

Transdev in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Dispatcher / Road Supervisor for AM/PM coverage of fixed-route and on-demand transit operations. You will monitor units via TransLoc, coordinate operators, and maintain safe, reliable service across shifts.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and a valid Class B CDL with P endorsement. Prior dispatch/road supervision experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• 3–5 years of transit dispatch/road supervision preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch software such as TransLoc or Passio.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time vehicle performance and ensure routes are on schedule.
• Assign, adjust, and document vehicle coverage for fixed-route and on-demand service.
• Respond to disruptions and coordinate with road supervisors and management.
