Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of computer experience using a reservation/scheduling/dispatching computer program.

Responsibilities

• Operates specialized computer system to reserve, coordinate and schedule CountyRide trips.
• Create driver schedules and dispatch drivers to destinations.
• Register CountyRide clients and process trip requests.
• Produce daily schedules from the computer program.
• Communicate program policies to clients and the public.
• Refer special client situations to appropriate staff.
• Explain CtyRide procedures and use FCC-10 Code in communications.
