Job summary

Purple Line Transit Operators LLC is responsible for the Data Scheduling & Planning function across two locations in Maryland, focusing on schedules, performance metrics, and data-driven improvements. The role develops schedules, analyzes performance, and supports system administration to ensure reliable rail operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with OCC, maintaining data integrity, and driving continuous improvement through dashboards and reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transit operations performance metrics and headway management.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify operational trends.
• Experience with scheduling systems and data visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily rail schedules and related activities.
• Analyze operational data and generate performance reports.
• Maintain scheduling databases and support software updates.
• Coordinate schedule changes with OCC and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor agreements.
