Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, transportation or transit planning, public administration or policy, information systems, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years' experience in transit, transportation, community development, urban planning, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze scheduling parameters such as passenger loads, reliability, and ridership to support service development.
• Develop bus and streetcar schedules and review changes for efficiency and equity.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure data flows between scheduling systems and ITS platforms.
• Support Title VI compliance and prepare Title VI reports.
• Serve as project manager for assigned service planning studies.
