Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from MTM members to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation.
• Participate in training covering customer service, policy and procedures.
• Adhere to established protocols and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain appropriate call metrics and attendance as per MTM standards.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
