Job summary

MTM Transit is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Eugene, Oregon. The CSR handles inbound calls, verifies eligibility, and coordinates non-emergent transportation using MTM-provided systems.

You will participate in an extensive paid training program and strive to maintain high service levels and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, type at least 30 wpm, and be proficient with Outlook and Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm or greater.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
