The role involves management of contract compliance, risk assessment, and facilitating communications between the project team and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in contracts, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. This is a full-time position located in Hyattsville, MD, with potential travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related contract experience.
• 5 years in a lead role working directly for the contractor or architect/engineer.

Responsabilités

• Mentors and supports project team members in contract interpretation and compliance.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of project and contractual documents.
• Establishes processes for change management and risk assessment.
• Supports project correspondence for contract compliance and liability.
• Assists in resolution of disputes, claims and litigation issues.
