Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management on major transit programs. You will develop risk processes, run workshops, and guide teams in mitigation strategies across multiple projects.

The role involves mentoring junior staff and partnering with program teams to identify and minimize risk while supporting informed decision-making. Excellent knowledge of PMCS and industry standards is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of education or 12 years of direct contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, plans, and work instructions.
• Facilitate risk workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, response planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update program and project risk registers.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Prepare and present risk reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
