Job summary

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Transit Construction Quality Inspector in North Carolina to oversee quality control for a GoRaleigh Operations and Maintenance Facility Expansion project. You will inspect civil, structural, MEP work, document deficiencies, and verify acceptance evidence.

Responsibilities include tracing work to RFP scope, reviewing solicitation materials, maintaining records, coordinating with PM, QA, field teams, and elevating blockers before delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Transit Construction Quality Inspector responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil, structural, MEP, equipment, and commissioning work; document deficiencies and acceptance evidence.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and elevate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
