Job summary

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Transit Facility Safety and Quality Inspector for the Design-Build for Transit Facility Upfit Projects. This role closes a delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below.

You will verify safety, code, material, installation, testing, and turnover requirements; coordinate with project management, quality, and operations teams; and maintain records. An optional self-interview is available. Apply by October 7, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Transit Facility Safety and Quality Inspector responsibilities in public-sector or regulated environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Licenses, certifications, clearances, or delivery capacity when required by solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Verify safety, code, material, installation, testing, commissioning, punch-list, and turnover requirements.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and elevate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
