Job summary

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Transit Maintenance Operations Planner for the RFP-associated GoRaleigh Operations and Maintenance Facility Expansion project. This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below.

The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in transit maintenance planning within public-sector or regulated environments, produces complete work products tied to requirements, and maintains rigorous documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Transit Maintenance Operations Planner duties in public-sector or regulated environments.
• Ability produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Licenses, certifications, clearances, or local delivery capacity as required by solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Translate fleet, staffing, bay, parts, circulation, safety, and capacity needs into operation layouts and transition plans.
• Trace work to the RFP scope, requirements, RTM row, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
• Review solicitation materials and document assumptions, open items, risks, and client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, and delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records; elevate blockers early.
