Job summary

HDR is seeking a WA Transit Construction Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with a high degree of technical complexity in Bellevue. You’ll advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets, and direct program planning, procurement, risk, and governance across HDR and subconsultants.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, PMP/PgMP/AICP/PE, and at least six years managing programs with large capital values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field.
• PMI PMP/PgMP/AICP or PE license required or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of program management experience on large infrastructure programs.
• Experience delivering two+ programs with capital value of $350M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Familiar with DB, PDB, CMAR and other delivery methods.
• Experience with PMIS/CMIS and dashboard analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects.
• Plan, direct and monitor program execution across many disciplines.
• Develop plans, processes and tools to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor financial performance and target earnings; manage risks.
