Qualifications

• 6+ years in semiconductor device reliability or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability characterization and certification activities for transistors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Develop reliability models and lifetime predictions.
• Implement automation for data analysis across multi-variable processes.
