Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Customer Quality and Reliability Engineer to lead customer-focused quality initiatives across Intel Foundry and OSAT partners.

You will drive incident management, audits, and continuous improvement of quality systems, working with global customers to ensure product reliability and timely responses across manufacturing, assembly, and test operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field with 4+ years in quality or reliability.
• Or Master’s degree with 3+ years in quality, reliability, or semiconductor processes.
• Or PhD with 1+ year in quality, reliability, or semiconductor processes.
• Experience with ISO9001 and IATF16949 audit frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary customer advocate and technical interface across Intel Foundry and external OSAT partner organizations.
• Direct end-to-end incident and excursion management processes for customer materials and drive root-cause investigations.
• Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using 8D, RMA, and Change Notification Management (PCNs).
• Facilitate and support customer quality audits ensuring ISO9001 and IATF16949 compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by designing and deploying next-generation quality systems and processes across foundry and OSAT operations.
