Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering with hands-on semiconductor processing experience.
• 2+ years' experience in device physics, semiconductor process technologies, or materials science.
• 2+ years' experience in design of experiment and statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP).
• 2+ years' experience with electrical and physical characterization techniques (CV-IV, pulse generation; SEM, TEM, XRD).

Responsibilities

• Conduct integrated process feasibility studies and develop solutions for improved performance, reliability, and yield.
• Develop enhancements to flows by introducing novel materials and collaborating across teams (integration, device, TCAD, design).
• Plan and run experiments to characterize processes from external collaborations to internal R&D for Tech transfer.
• Interface with customers and teams to identify needs and steer the technology roadmap.
• Leverage big data to identify process design opportunities and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
