Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• More than 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on transformer or related product design.
• Proficiency with design and analysis tools: AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, FEA.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and develop transformers and related components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct engineering analyses to optimize product performance, cost, and efficiency.
• Perform detailed failure analysis on design-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of designs into production.
• Participate in design reviews and prepare/maintain design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to keep designs competitive and compliant.
• Mentor junior engineers as needed.
