Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in transformer or related design.
• Experience with design/analysis tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of IEEE/UL/IEC/CSA standards and DOE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and develop transformers and related components per standards and customer specs.
• Conduct analyses to optimize performance, cost, and efficiency.
• Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, supply chain, sales and service to integrate designs.
• Prepare design specs, test plans, and technical reports.
