• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Design Engineering focusing on transformer design.
• 8+ years in Design Engineering Leadership.
• Knowledge of IEEE/IEC/CSA standards and DOE regulations.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for projects.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for transformer design and development.
• Oversee the design, development, optimization, and execution of three-phase distribution transformers.
• Align product scope with production lines and project budgets.
• Drive engineering strategies to meet quality, cost, and time targets.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales and service to meet business goals.
• Mentor junior managers and engineers; support succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for transformers.
