Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a center-based team in Cary and North Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on natural play approaches and building foundational communication skills for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• State licensure required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented and adaptable to team needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, design and implement SLP services for assigned clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 sessions or 25 billable hours per week.
• Document progress notes and reports.
• Coordinate care with ABA and Speech services.
• Provide caregiver training and family collaboration sessions.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
