Bierman Autism Centers seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our center‑based team in Cary NC and North Raleigh NC. This full‑time role focuses on one‑to‑one, natural play‑based therapy to help children with autism develop foundational communication and self‑advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• State licensure is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct, design and implement programs for SLP services for assigned clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 sessions per week, or 25 billable hours.
• Coordinate care with ABA and Speech services and train caregivers.
