Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or required training for subject and level assigned
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the district curriculum and show evidence of preparation.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for differences in student learning styles.
• Present subject matter according to TEA guidelines, board policies, and administrative regulations.
• Plan instructional activities using appropriate materials and equipment reflecting student needs.
• Assess student learning styles and adapt instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula for IEPs.
• Set instructional goals with staff and supervise teacher aides/volunteers.
• Integrate technology to bolster teaching and learning.
