Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Change Management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading learning initiatives for large-scale transformations.
• Strong instructional design with curriculum development, eLearning, job aids, and performance support.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating learning strategies that drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with leaders to identify performance gaps and readiness risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Design curricula, learning paths, eLearning modules, and training materials.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Support readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Change Management, Operations, Product, Technology, and Business teams.
