The role involves designing curricula, delivering diverse training programs, and measuring impact. A focus on collaboration across Operations, Product, and Technology supports organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Design and develop curricula, learning paths, eLearning modules, and job aids using adult learning principles.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and train-the-trainer programs; facilitate sessions and learner support.
• Support readiness and adoption through change enablement and measurement of training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning into project plans and drive continuous improvement.
