Responsibilities include redefining processes, simplifying workflows, and coordinating with IT for AI/automation alignments. A Six Sigma Black Belt and healthcare management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree and Six Sigma Black Belt are required.
• Three years accounting/finance experience.
• Three years healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence cross-functional transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Oversee portfolios and ensure delivery on scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and redesign workflows.
• Partner with IT to align processes with AI or automation initiatives.
• Track impact and measure performance against KPIs.
