Job summary

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, influence executives, and manage change across operations, technology, and workforce planning. Travel is typically 50%+ to partner sites.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in consulting, transformation, or healthcare operations.
• Proven success leading large client engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and serve as executive owner for planning and delivering complex implementations across health systems.
• Drive transformation and change management across operating models, processes, and staffing.
• Solve complex business challenges using data-driven analysis and structured problem solving.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving operations, technology, analytics, HR, training, marketing and clinical stakeholders.
• Develop and present executive-level deliverables including roadmaps, analyses, and business cases.
