• 5+ years of experience in strategy or healthcare consulting, transformation, or similar rigorous environments.
• Exposure to healthcare providers, physician organizations, health systems, or complex healthcare delivery.
• Experience leading growth, transformation programs, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide growth, strategy, and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executives to define annual and long-term priorities.
• Translate strategy into operating plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and lead an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning operations, finance, growth, and analytics.
• Drive major strategic growth initiatives including new locations and investments.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance metrics to evaluate opportunities.
• Identify risks and barriers, and collaborate on solutions to maintain momentum.
• Provide structure around complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Implement project and change-management best practices to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Foster accountability, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making.
